Here is our 5-foot-tall PREMIER net pool cover system shown in the picture
below. We recommend putting this net pool cover gate at a point in
the pool area where you can step up into the spa or step down into the pool. The
location of your gate is very important to the safety function of your net pool
cover.
Putting the hinges for the net pool cover on the correct side is also very important.
Please notice the trusses on each side of the net pool cover. You should notice that Guardian
has NO CROSSBAR at the top
of the swinging net pool cover gate. This very lack of a crossbar makes it
nearly impossible for a child to climb over the ne pool cover. Since there's is nothing
solid
at the top of our gate OR fence to support a child, the children would fail if they
tried to climb
this pool safety system. ALL OTHER COMPANIES that make
a self-closing gate for a net pool cover have a crossbar at the top of their
gate. This SHOULD BE A KEY DIFFERENCE when comparing the pool safety features of
our products to all others.
This safety feature is only one of NINETEEN claims we have on our *PATENT-PROTECTED self-closing
net pool cover gate. United States Patent #5,664,769.
This is the truss that is installed on both sides of our patented net pool cover gate. Without
this specially engineered design, the net pool cover gate wouldn't remain in alignment.
Our
trusses are also not made out of aluminum like many of the net pool covers made
by our competitors. All Guardian trusses are made from galvanized steel and
then coated in Plascoat. The pins that go into the deck sleeves are stainless
steel not aluminum.
